We offer all three types of support throughout the Capital cities. We try to minimise onsite visits unless absolutely necessary to complete the tasks, as most clients prefer the convenience of remote support. Our Remote Monitoring & Management Service is even cheaper, as we automatically maintain your computers using a powerful RMM Portal ,at a fraction of the cost of 'live' technicians.

And, we can even come and install it.
No, our offices are not open to the Public, for security reasons. Instead, we provide end-to-end service and send technicians to assess problems onsite. If necessary they will take the device away for repairs and return for re-installation.
