How much do you charge?
Our Ad-hoc Support Rates are as follows:
Callout: $110.00 (includes 1st 30 minutes onsite)
Then: Business @ $38.50 per 15 min block thereafter
Domestic @ $38.50 per 15-min block thereafter
Scheduled onsite visits (minimum of 1.5 hours) are charged at an hourly rate, according to requirements and location.
Pre-paid, discounted Support Blocks (SANS) are also available, priced according to requirements and location.
Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) fees are charged on a per unit basis, at a fraction of the cost of onsite visits.
Onsite, Remote or Managed Support?
We do all three, throughout all metro Melbourne, Victoria.
Generally, hardware issues will require an onsite visit and our Help Desk Coordinator will be able to determine the best way forward.
Our Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) Plans offer automated servicing facilities remotely, at a fraction of the cost of onsite visits. Ask us for more details.
Can I buy Computers, Notebooks and other products from you?
Yes, we provide fast, competitive quotations for all kinds of Computer Equipment and will be happy to provide you with advice about the best product for you. And not only that, we deliver and install the equipment we sell (extra charges apply).

Can I deliver my computer to you for repair?
We provide a complete end-to-end service to all our clients. If you need something fixed, we will send a technician out to assess the problem at your office.
Do you support Non-Profit Organisations?
Yes, we provide discounted support rates for NPO's to help them get the most out of their IT budget. Please call to discuss your particular requirements.
What about After Hours work?
We are happy to undertake onsite and remote work out of office hours at times to suit our clients. The only stipulation is that you are already a client, or that you have made prior arrangements with us for the required work. Please note there is a surcharge on out-of-hours work, to compensate for applicable pay loadings.
I'm a Home User - will you help me?
Yes, we are happy to help Home Users - after all, many of our existing Micro-businesses are operating from Home offices, and we provide onsite support all over Melbourne.
Why aren't your 'Testimonials' people named in full?
